I tried this at an aveda salon during the shampoo and wasn't too impressed with it, or maybe it was the not so impressive stylist I had.

FOR ME-NECESSARY!
My hair was so fried last year from coloring and not getting regular trims that my stylist recommended this to me. It smells funky but not bad, and it has really changed my hair texture, look and feel!!
I personally don't find the dry remedy line to be anything special. I think it is overpriced and not worth the cost. I think most of aveda shampoos are nourishing because they don't have harsh chemicals, but this one is just OK, especially given the high price at $24 for 6 oz.
