MY FACE ALSO TURNED BRIGHT RED AND FELT LIKE IT WAS ON FIRE!
I tried this along with the active cleanse gel. I loved the cleanser! But the hydrating gel also turned my face bright red and it felt like it was burning. I'm guessing that I just had a reaction to something in the product but I don't recall ever having a reaction to any skincare product before....

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT
I have been using this gel daily for about 4 months. My skin has been belmish free. For me this is pretty amazing. I have not had blemish free skin before. Beleive me, this stuff is amazing
I don't know if it is a normal reaction... After use active face hydrating gel my face immediately turns red and feels painfully burned. On the bottle it says "gentle" anti-bacterial actions. For me it wasn't a gentle feeling! Is it refundable?
