Perfect under concealer and tinted moisturizer. Not sure if it really brightens, or lessen dark circles though.

I seriously love this product. I used the samples obsessively before I broke down and bought it. I don't know if it lightens the dark circles, but it is amazing for puffiness and acts like a primer on the undereye area and make the skin smooth. surprised by other reviews.
