I love a powdery smell. And floral smells entice me. "Flower" by Kenzo comes off as a very strong powdered floral, and it doesn't settle nicely but stays harsh. It may work with someone else's chemistry, but not mine.

HATED THIS
I got a Sephora fragrance sampler set with this in it. I hated this one the most. It was WAY too strong, and not in a good way. I had to scrub my wrist well to get the scent off of me. It doesn't work for me, but someone else might like it.
The scent is somewhat floral, but the floral aspect is overwhelmed by a very powdery overtone, like baby powder. It has decent lasting power, but to be honest, if I wanted to smell like baby powder, I'd just rub on some baby powder! The bottle is kind of pretty, but a little boring.
