I have decided to be merciful and give this 4 when i really think it deserves a 2.
Pros: 2 nozzels, wide and narrow depending on what type of air flow you want or need.
ergonomic and lite..did not hurt to hold even after 30 min.
strong airflow
cons: leaves hair frizzy even though it dries...
