This was a great choice for me from my friend. It doesn't flake or clump, and it definitely is waterproof, but comes off with Albolene cream.
I used to love BADgal mascara (the original), but eventually gave up on it because it would smudge under my eyes by the end of the day. I really had higher hopes for the waterproof version, because it's WATERPROOF, right? Wrong. Not only is it not waterproof at all, even this version smudges...
