I wouldn't say this product doesn't work at all, but I definitely agree with other members that this is not the best hair removal product. It nicely removes fine facial hair but I wouldn't recommend this for coarse hair.

DID NOT LIKE AT ALL!
This will file down your hair but if you rub to hard, you will have major irritation! I will stick to my battery operated wet/dry shaver for in between shaves.
This is a great product for those in a rush because it is easy and fast. The product isn't great for an all over shave, but I use it for when I need just a little hair gone for a fast clean look.
