I did not like how I felt on this supplement. It made me achy. I did not notice any improvement in hair, skin or nails.

SUPER SUPPLEMENT!
I needed something that has it all in one! For the hair, teeth, nails, bones, joints etc. I have colored my hair so many times and I truly believe that because of this Neocell my hair still looks thick and healthy. This one is a keeper.
