GOOD BUT NOT GREAT
I got his in navy, and while the color is the perfect dark blue shade to help make your eyes seem brighter, turning up the dial didn't make much of a difference for me. I didn't see any additional product on the brush, nor did i see any difference in my eyes (I did one on setting 1 and the other...
It's an OK mascara. It's long lasting and waterproof. The setting stuff doesn't work, it's the same for all. It's not the best, but not the worst either.
