I started using this tonic toner with the Kiehl's Blue Cleanser. I'm still trying to figure out if I love it but I do know that I like it. I apply with a cotton pad and I use a good amount maybe even extra like one full tablespoon worth. It is matifying, so if you are oily then it should work...
