it is gentle for everyday use,but it didn't really do much. my hair seemed less frizzy, but it felt drier. not worth the price

I bought the sample sizes of the shampoo and conditioner to give this line a shot. I have very long, straight hair that is chemically dyed and that is dry, prone to flyaways. I've used it for 2 weeks now, shampooing every 2 days as usual. While I feel the conditioner is okay, the shampoo still...
At first I really loved this product. However, as time went on it starting to gum up in my hair. Even after trying to scrub it out of my hair there would still be residue (I was using nickel sized amounts). Considering this shampoo costs around $16 I would hope it would wash out easily.
