it's not exactly a stretcher, but it definitely defines lashes and makes them curl nicely, the mascara is not water proof however and will run, so the length of wear isn't all that great and I found that my middle lashes will stay nice and dark/curly while the outside ones don't.

I think this is a very wet mascara that it takes some time to dry. I don't know it is because of the curved shape, the brush picks up too much mascara, which makes an application difficult and messy.
