FLIRTY, JUST LIKE THE BRAND
I love flirt cosmetics because they always seems to live up to the brand's name. This scent is no exception-- it's flirty and brings out the rebel in me. I feel more dangerous and bold with this scent on, and it's probably just a packaging thing, but it worked for me. I only give it an 8, though...
