These worked great on me. My teeth weren't too bad, just slightly stained from coffee and red wine. Within 5 days my teeth were already gleaming white! I had strangers asking me how I got them so white. This product simply works. The sensitivity can be an issue, and I occasionally felt it but skipping a day or two fixed that problem.
