I don't know what the deal is with Revlon, but all their mascaras are dry and flaky, like a bad pie crust on my face. I think I'm just going to give up on that brand

This mascara flakes and clumps. The brush is too big. It is very sticky and waxy. I makes lashes look like spider legs. It's a definite NO.
