DECENT PRIMER
The primer does exactly what it's supposed to. Don't expect super thick lashes, but it does seem to hold on mascara longer than without using the primer. I used to have flakes under my eyes but there's been a significant difference. It's $6 a tube, which is cheaper than most luxe brands and works...
