You really can't miss with Pantene as long as you use the correct product for your hair type and it is reasonably priced. I don't know if I believe any of these products actually protect your hair from heat (how can that work-doesn't make much sense ), but it does make fine hair shiny and smooth...

A DECENT PRODUCT
This is a decent product, I will agree about the way it sprays out. Kind of like in a stream, would be better in a true spray form...like how the tresseme heat protectant comes out. Its not heavy at all...like some heat protectants are. I spray it in my hands and apply that way. I use the Pantene...
