All this product did was make my face hot...it did not help get rid any of my blemishes. I thought maybe it was just me so I gave it to my best friend...she didn't get any results as well. A complete waste of money!

Kidding aside, all this product does is make your face uncomfortably hot, and challenge you to a who will blink first contest. Zeno wins each time. Cute packaging cannot disguise a horrible invention. Nice try though. Save your money.

Seriously, people?! I have owned this device for over one year now---I still use it and it continues to work!! The heating mechanism is responsible for skin clearing . U must realize, this will not on massive whiteheads (there is only pus inside those) Smaller lesions respond well. I loved it...
