I am in my mid-40's now so I sometimes need a cleanser that doesn't strip my skin. This one does the trick. I use this in the morning as I don't like to use foaming cleansers in the AM. It rinses clean & doesn't leave a film like some cream cleansers can. Leaves my skin soft.
