Love this it's so smooth I've never felt it pull my hair it's like butter. Heats up quick cools down quick. I think it's smoother than my moms chi and a lot cheaper too. Great product at a great price!!

Ten stars because I've never really had a problem with this straightener! It heats up quickly, cools down quickly, and straightens my hair in two or three quick sweeps. It's compact so I can fit it in my drawer or travel easily with it. It's just very easy to use (:
