WHAT A JOKE
One does not need eyelid primer if you use highly saturated eye shadow powders like Urban Decay or Too Faced. Even Revlon. Eye shadow primers are a waste of money. They are just not worth it. Please do not bother.
I got this out of a kit from QVC and I love it! it gives you a great glow for a base for applying eyeshadow. It takes away tired eyes and you can even use this as eyeshadow since it is so pretty! It will also last all day.
