A BIT DRY
The wipes are not very wet, but with some pressure I was able to remove my Revlon ColoarStay Liquid Foundation (which has amazing staying power). I did not use it on my eyes. I felt some itchiness on my chin, but I did not get any rashes or breakouts.
You do not need to rinse or apply lotion...
The scent was off-putting. The way it left a film on your skin after use was gross. The texture of the wipe was not all that great either. It did not remove my mascara, nor a lot of my foundation. I would not waste your money on these!
