it truly is a tint of color. you may want to select a shade that is darker than what you want. Rose for example is a lot lighter than you expect. the smell is unapealing. it smells like lickerish candy. i dont like it at all. as a tinted lip balm its good, but thats all it does.

I really like this product because it moisturizes and gives you a nice tint. I bought one called pink blossom and its such a pretty color. The only thing i didnt like is the price, it would be nice if it were a little cheaper.

I have this in rose. I love the red tint it leaves on my lips. Also it does leave my lips feeling pretty soft. All in all its an okay balm.
