I introduced the ELF line to my sister at Christmas. She loves the Studio Mineral Face Primer. My sister has normal skin (not dry or oily) and this really works for her. I would say it is definitely worth trying for the price.

UPDATE 1/1/15: I recently tried the Mineral Glow and Lavendar colors, which turned out much better than the clear, which was my original review. The Mineral Glow was too glittery IMO and I would not repurchase; however, the texture was worlds better than the clear so that is a plus! The Lavender...
