OK EYELINER
This liner does everything it's supposed to but just not quiet as well as the others. I like that it comes with a sponge smudger. Pigmentation wise it's alright. Definitely not as creamy as other drug store brands. It is a twist up so there is no need to sharpen. Will not repurchase though...
This is my current favorite drugstore eyeliner. It goes on very smoothly without any tugging. I don't really use it for its waterproof ability so I can't comment on that, but it stays on all day for me.
