I love the matte look. I have always wanted to try it on my nails. I found this matte topcoat at Target, and I bought it. I mean, it was only $2, so how could I resist! It used it over a purple color. It took a pretty long time to dry, but when it did, it gave my nails a great matte finish....

MATTE ME CRAZY
I stumbled upon this product at WalMart and fell in love! I had seen the matte finish polish by OPI and had my manicurist use it but she covered it with a shiny top coat, ruining the look. Well NYC has done a wonderful thing in creating a matte top coat that gives any nail polish a matte finish....
