When I swatched this on the back of my hand it was so smooth and pigmented. Once I placed this on my lid, there was no color or pigmentation at all. It just disappeared into my eyeshadow. I've never had an eyeliner do this to me before. Super unimpressed. No wonder why these were on sale at Ulta....
