These pads are intended for puffiness and dark circles and honestly I didn't see any removal of dark circles, but I did notice that the area to the side and underneath the eyes looked smoother and younger. The pads are supposedly infused with 72 herbs, but these herbs are not listed so I cannot...
I absolutely love these eye pads because they have a great scent and are really soothing and relaxing to use. I left these on and it was like a spa treatment in my home for a few minutes. After using, I noticed less puffiness in my eyes and I looked less tired and more energized.
