Revlon ColorStay was my favorite but this runs a close second! You get the same amount of product for less than half the price! It's not as smooth as ColorStay but it gets the job done. You get a thin line and it lasts all day/night and it's easy to remove.....try it!

NEAR PERFECT AND UNDER $2!
The only reason it does not get a 10 is because it tugs just a bit. I prefer a thin line to simply define my eyes and this product is just the right size - a lot of the drugstore brand eyeliners are too chubby for me to get the look I prefer. I have to go over the line maybe two or three times,...
