NO PIGMENTATION AT ALL...
I was trying to find Elf's baked blush in Pinktastic after I saw a YouTuber using it and it was beautiful on her Asian skin tone. I don't think Elf makes it anymore because I searched high and low for that blush that can be used as a highlighter as well so I settled for this hoping it would work...
