It did not highlight with a glove at all. It is a good finishing powder after foundation is on.

SETS UNDER EYE CONCEALER
As a highlighter, this is too subtle. It has a very matte, soft glow look to it. Because of that I don't find this useful for highlighting the cheekbone or under the brows.
