TOO WET AT FIRST
When I first purchased this product it was messy. It smeared on my upper lid and didn't build up at all. I put it aside for about 3 weeks and decided to give it another try. I'm not sure if that time dried to the tube out a bit but now, I love it! It lengthens my lashes and builds up nicely...
