WORST CONCEALER I EVER TRIED
NO reviews yet? Well, I'll be the first. :-) I was almost out of concealer when I got this, and it was on sale. First, there's no ingredient list and nothing about what it is supposed to DO: Cover dark circles, reduce puffiness, etc. And there's a scary warning label about it being FLAMMABLE...
