Didn't do much for my hair which is thin & wavy. Didn't give any volume or movement or shine. Unimpressive.
I cut most of my hair off a few years ago and was desperate to grow it out fast. Lots of reviews online said that this was something to try. I saw a little improvement but, that might have been the illusion of desperation. I wouldn't recommend trying it for the sake of getting your hair to grow...
