This has the consistency of a silicone based primer which doesn't feel very hydrating and feels like it just sits on top of the skin. It has a scent which I'm not a fan of. Good that is has the SPF 30. I received a sample of this and been using it for a few weeks but still can't tell what it does...

IT WAS DEFINITELY INVISIBLE...
But it felt like I was slathering on vaseline... minus the grease. I could not tell if I had anything on. I could not apply anything underneath nor on top of it. Everything would just pill. I looked like I had some skin disease.
