IT Cosmetics boasts about how much of a "no-tug" gel eyeliner this is. It is for the most part because it's super creamy that it doesn't tug at all. I haven't noticed it drying out on me yet since I've only used this about ten times now. I got this in the plum color and it's a really pretty color...
