I couldn't get enough of this lip treatment and even though it was a tiny tube, it lasted me about six months, which I thought was an incredible value. I bought the matte version so I could apply this as a base for my liquid lipsticks. I bought this because it said it was a primer for your lips...

DOESN'T REALLY DO WHAT IT SAYS
I can't see using this as a lip primer. It's not matte and it tingles too much. Plus, for all that burn, I didn't see much in the way of plumping action.
I didn’t notice any major difference in my lips after applying this product. They felt smooth and slightly tingly but they were too slick to apply lip color over. This product is better as a standalone than paired with something else.
