Whoa, this is pigmented, but I don't know how much I'd want to build on it, because it was incredibly bright right out of the gates. Also, I found this hard to blend/distribute evenly.

I tested this against the Urban Decay 8-Hour Blush. It's a pretty, matte, superpigmented color that requires a light hand, which seems typical this season. I'm not sure why they call it buildable when it's so intense, you really don't need to build upon the initial swipe. It goes on smoothly, but...
