This is so superficial of me, but one of my biggest gripes with this products is the packaging. I think it wants to come off as high-end, but it actually looks so cheap and ugly. Also, the stout, square bottle takes up an awful lot of real estate in my shower. Otherwise, this conditioner is fine....
