SHIMMERY LIQUID HIGHLIGHTER, BUT POORLY PACKAGED PRODUCT
I tried the highlight. This is a great formula -- just the right pigment and easy to apply exactly where I want it without the fallout of a powder. I love the amount of reflection -- just glowy enough without looking like highlighter. It reminds me of benefit's watts up. But the packaging sucks....
