This is a smooth, comfortable, almost velvet-y satin liquid lip. I have to blot it well to get it to dry down completely. It's very comfortable -- no stickiness -- and almost feels like a balm. This was a standout liquid lip product for me. Super pigmented, dries to a smooth creamy matte finish (no tackiness!) and lasts all night. It was easy to apply and you can overline your lips without liner. Wore it to a wedding and did not have to touch it up. I LOVE it!
