This is a nice, lightweight, cooling eye cream-gel hybrid. It recommends using it as a mask, wiping off the excess, but I use it straight up as an eye cream (which it says you can also do). I haven't noticed any major brightening or lightening of my under-eye circles, but it feels soothing...
