It burns! It dries out whatever it touches and all the skin around it. It made my skin very red.

It did take down the pimple faster than it would have if I'd just left it alone, however, it did cause drying all around the pimple area which became dry and flakey. Good with the bad, pimple healing is a long process.
Most of the Clean & Clear products are over drying and cause more issues than it helps! This spot treatment turned breakouts into sores and dried out the surrounding skin as well. Not for me or my 2 teenagers!
