This is the very best eye make remover and I have been using it for 10 years. It doesn't irritrate my eyes -- I wear contacts, and it takes off eye make up so completely that I once thought my eye lashes has fallen off -- the mascara. Best eye makeup remover ever
I've been using this product for over 10 years when I received it as part of a Lancome free gift. I wear contacts so my eyes are very sensitive to what I put on it. You have to shake this eye makeup remover to get the oil and other cleansing solution to work together. Once you do that, grab a cotton pad and use just a little of this eye makeup remover and you will see even your waterproof makeup go bye-bye! The packaging is very convenient for travelling as the bottle is plastic. My only issue is the cost.
