Not Bad
I prefer Avon's Care Deeply but this is not a bad lip balm. It does moisturize but is not as good at healing chapped lips, so it's more of a spring / summer balm vs. Care Deeply for the fall / winter.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful
