This lip plumper is not intended for the faint of heart. Upon first application, your lips (and the surrounding area) will begin to burn, swell up and look like a botched collagen injection from a pre-med student looking to earn a little extra cash. To prevent this, apply the gloss in the center of your lips only, avoiding the outer edges of the lip lines. When applied this way, your lips will plump beautifully and you'll become totally addicted.

Painful...but pretty good!
Oh gosh. I have always wanted to try Too Faced Lip Injection because all Too Faced products are amazing but also because I heard this product works. I was warned many times that it's a very uncomfortable feeling but did not expect it to be as bad as it was. I made the first mistake of putting it all over my lips instead of just the bottom center of my lips and was in major pain; I kept it on bu...read moret kept telling myself if it hurt for longer than 5 minutes I was taking it off. It burns pretty bad and caused my lips to look swollen because they were tingling so bad but when the pain subsided my lips looked a bit fuller. I already have full lips on top and bottom so I kind of regret even using this but it did do a good job of plumping them up; I will only dab it on the center of my lips from now on though because I'm not going through that again. I'm also glad this was included in a kit I bought because if I would have paid for this by itself I would have returned it right after cringing in pain. I would never pay $22 to have pain, even if it was temporary. I rated this a 7 because of the amount of discomfort it causes but the face that it works makes it higher rated for me. Lip Injection
This works pretty well for plumping lips-- it plumps without looking fake. The only two downsides to this product: 1. This stuff can hurt. It was tingly when I tried it but I know some people who experienced extreme pain. 2.It does have a very slight pink tinge so it might change the color of your lipstick. super for the thin lipped amoung us
i bought the techno version of this for myself, and loved it so much i immediatly bought some for all my friends. i noticed on my friends with the thinnest lips [mine are fairly lush] the gloss gave the biggest results. id say it more than doubled the plumpness on at least one of mine friends. i enjoy the tingly-ness and the color is glitter-glow-fab, but it does have a weirdish smell, thi its not...read more enough to not use it over. if you want [however temporary] plumper lips and fun color this is great, fairly priced and fun pakage too!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 5 people said helpful
