Stay Away!!!
I am a big fan of cream and gel eyeliners; however, I was very disappointed with this product. It was dry, hard to apply, and it looked really bad.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Great for the Price!
These liners are really good for the price! You get a decent amount for about $12. It's bigger than MAC's and cheaper. Good for price
In an effort to save money, I tried this as a substitute for Smashbox cream eyeliner. I have to say that it performs pretty well and the brush that comes with it is easy to use. It is not quite as buildable/versatile as the smashbox product, as this product creates a very saturated color and bold line. Great, but get a different brush
I had never used a gel or pot eyeliner before and I gotta say, the brush that comes with it kind of sucks. It took me a little while to get the hang of it but it was totally worth the frustration. I absolutly love this eyeliner. So much so that I added to my list of things I would go crazy without, and kicked my MAC fluid line out of my makeup bag. (don't get it twisted MAC is still the greatest but when factoring in price and quality- it's taking a back seat) I purchased the black and brown at CVS BOGO. My new fav Eyeliner
Overall, I was impressed by this cream liner. This was my first cream liner purchase and I am now a fan of cream liners. I love how I can build up my look from a soft daytime look to a night out on the town. Honestly, I was debating between the budget friendly cream liners out there - Coastal Scents, Jane and Revlon and am happy that I chose to try out L'Oreal HIP's version instead. it's seriously the BEST BLACK I've ever used! YES, it's a little hard to remove but that's a GOOD thing considering it stays put and doesn't smudge! the first time i use this..it's definitely awesome!!! i l0ve wearin' this super black eyeliner. The brush is simply amazing, yes it's a little on the hard side...but seriously, how else do you expect to use a brush to apply cream eyeliner without smu...read moredging unless the brush is good enough to create straight lines?! Great for the price, but use a better brush.
I love this product for every day use because it stays from morning til night, including gym time. It is comparable to high-end eyeliners for a better price (check Walgreens' ads... they often have buy one, get one free deals on Loral HIP). Once you put it on, after about 10-20 seconds, the makeup is set...so be careful in applying. I do recommend doing the eye makeup first before foundation with ...read morethis product...that way it is easier to remove mistakes without ruining your whole face. I will say that the brush is total crap... after a few uses (even with cleaning) the brush was stiff like I had dipped it in glue. Instead, I use Studio Gear's eyeliner and angled brush with this eyeliner... they clean up better with just eye makeup remover or baby shampoo. great product
I bought this liner after trying different eyeliners with no luck and it works great. I got this liner in black, and it was great. The only real problem which was really my fault is you have to make sure you close the lid tight so it does not dry. It becomes harder to apply.
