Good for dry feet for everyone, even diabetics

I've been a Type 1 Diabetic for 11 years. Diabetics MUST take special care of their feet. The skin on my feet had gotten so dry that it was cracking and bleeding. My mother (a nurse in an Emergency Department) told me about Aquaphor, how it was used to treat burn victims, elderly patients with dry & papery skin, etc. So, I tried it. My feet are no longer scaly dry. I can wear sandals, op...read moreen toe, etc. and not have to worry about how my feet look. I apply the ointment immediately after showering, then I put white cotton socks on while I get ready. Then, I'll put on my cute shoes (sans socks). A word of caution to fellow diabetics: do NOT put this ointment (or any other ointment/lotion) between your toes - you open yourself to infection that way.

    Awesome for Feet

I started using this when I was working as a gardener. My feet would stay for hours in wet shoes when I was working, which resulted in horribly dried-out, cracked skin. I started using Aquaphor--I would soak my feet then put on the ointment and some terrycloth slippers (it is rather gooey). It was amazing in helping my feet heal and keeping them soft and pretty for sandals! Though I'm no longer in the garden all day, I still use it, especially after a bath or foot soak!

    A MUST-HAVE

It's expensive but a large jar lasts 6-8 months. This is my only 10-star product! Relieves immediately and heals. I've used it on my children's faces when they had eczema, and use it daily on my hands.

    Great for chapping!

I love Aquaphor...my little sister needed it for excsema (which it helped substantially), but I used it on my chapped knees and elbows. Also, a girl on my cheerleading team in high school used this for ashy skin.

    I love this stuff

It is great for your lips. I put it on after I get out of the shower as part as my daily routine before putting on my make-up. I also use it for diaper rash for my kids or for very dry skin anywhere on our bodies. It is a great all around product. Good price too and lasts you a long time.

    the best!

I used to use kiehl's lip balm and loved it until I tried this. It is just as good, if not better and such a great price. I'm hooked!

    Great for lips!

I recently bought this at Walgreens in a little portable tube (two came with it) It is amazing on my seemingly always dry lips. I keep one in my makeup bag and one in my purse. After I put it on my lips, I smooth the excess onto my cuticles. Works wonders! There is no taste to it either, which is a plus.

    LOVE IT!

This is an amazing product. My job requires me to wash my hands countless times throughout the day. My hands crack and bleed during the winter. Aquaphor is the moisturizer that can sooth and heal my skin.
