I apply and leave on over night. In the morning after washing off, my skin feels tighter and fresh. I have very sensitive skin and it does not irritate me at all. Sometimes I will use a bit around my eyes under make-up and it actually helps the appearance as if it is lifting the skin. Since it is so expensive I use very sparingly. Recently the TSA tried to confiscate from my carry on and I freaked...read more! After slathering some on my face they let it through.
