Great For Sensitive skin
The only reason for the 9 instead of a 10 is the price and I had to go out of my way to a salon to buy it. But I have very reactive skin so finding a cleanser that doesn't cause my face and neck to break out is hard. Old formula was better

Good, but not that great for dry skin
I'm not sure that this lotion gives enough for the skin to drink up for those of us with pretty severely dry skin. It's great that it doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy, etc, but i'm also left putting on a ton and still feeling itchy afterwards.
